Mexican Corn Soup

Instructions

  1. Sautée onions & jalapeño in butter for 7-8 min
  2. Add garlic, sautée for 1 min
  3. Add flour, chili powder, cumin and sautée for 2-3 minutes
  4. Add chicken stock and let simmer for 10 min
  5. Add corn and milk/cream and simmer for another 5 min
  6. If you need to thicken it more add more flour or cornstarch
  7. Top with garnish
