Instructions

  1. Mix together soy sauce, ketchup, and sambal and set aside
  2. Mix together 2 tbsp cornstarch and 4 tbsp water and set aside
  3. Sautee onions, garlic, ginger, chilis in oil until onions are transparent/soft
  4. Add the soy sauce mixture and stir fry for another ~minute
  5. Add the cup of water and wait for it to come to a boil, then add the cornstarch mixture
  6. Wait for the sauce to thicken and be glazed and be the right color (10 min of cooking?)
  7. Add pepper, salt, sugar, and vinegar at the end
  8. Top with spring onion greens
