  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Marinate in red chilli, garlic, hung yogurt, salt and ground black pepper. Preferably overnight.
  3. Heat olive oil in wok on medium.
  4. Add 2 inch cinnamon stick.
  5. Add 4 green cardommom (break before to avoid oil splatter).
  6. Add garlic (microplane, paste or finely chopped).
  7. Add 1 cup tomato puree.
  8. Add 2 tsp red chilli powder.
  9. cook for 2 minutes.
  10. Add 1 cup cream.
  11. Add more tomato puree/cream to achieve desired color.
  12. Add 2tsp honey.
  13. Add 1tsp salt.
  14. Stir and taste, add lemon juice if not sour.
  15. Let the sauce simmer and stir fry the chicken pieces.
  16. Add the chicken pieces to the sauce.
  17. Cook kasoori methi separately in a pan and add to sauce.
